Since 1946, Rolmaster Conveyors has been designing, building and maintaining cost-effective standard and customized conveyors and specialty handling equipment for a wide range of industrial manufacturing sectors. From roller, belt, chain or wire mesh conveyors to complex lifts, turntables and transfer systems are all designed and manufactured at their facility in Ontario, Canada.

Rolmaster Conveyors have been using SolidWorks since 2004 and DriveWorksXpress from 2008.

Time spent setting up – 2 days
“A new template, for a new conveyor standard will take me a few days once all the modelling is done and verified for use with DriveWorks“

“Approximately 30 to 45 minutes from scratch.”

Time taken with SolidWorks and DriveWorksXpress – 5 minutes
“20 seconds to enter data - 5 minutes to print. Because this is DriveWorksXpress we also need to use "pack & go" to move the new files to the correct directories.”
